1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (popandposh.com) or using any services provided by Pop & Posh Petite Learn & Play Studio ("Pop & Posh," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, newsletter subscribers, class registrants, event attendees, and members.
2. About Our Studio
Pop & Posh is a children's enrichment studio, not a licensed daycare, childcare facility, or indoor playground. Our studio offers:
- Open play sessions for young children with a supervising adult
- Parent-and-child enrichment classes
- Sensory and STEM experiences
- Birthday parties and private events
- Community workshops for adults
Pop & Posh is insured as a children's enrichment studio. We are not subject to daycare or childcare facility licensing requirements.
3. Adult Supervision Required
A parent or caregiver must be present and actively supervising their child at all times during Open Play and all programming. Pop & Posh does not provide childcare services and is not responsible for unsupervised children.
By entering the studio or registering for any program, the accompanying adult takes full responsibility for the safety and behavior of the children in their care.
4. Bookings, Memberships & Payments
All registrations, memberships, and payments are processed through our secure booking and payment platform. By completing a booking, you also agree to that platform's terms of service. Details of our current provider are available upon request at Hello@popnposhcreations.com.
Cancellation Policy
A summary of our cancellation and refund terms is below. For full details, see our standalone Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Classes: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full credit toward a future class. No-shows are non-refundable.
- Birthday Parties & Private Events: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a refund of remaining balance. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Memberships: Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to Hello@popnposhcreations.com. Founding Family rates are available only to original founding members and are non-transferable.
5. Health & Safety
- Please do not bring children who are sick or showing symptoms of contagious illness to the studio.
- Pop & Posh reserves the right to ask families to leave if a child appears ill, to protect the health of all attendees.
- Parents are responsible for informing us of any allergies or medical conditions relevant to their child's participation.

6. Photography & Media
Pop & Posh may take photographs or video in the studio for marketing and social media use. If you do not wish your child or likeness to appear in any published media, please notify us in writing at Hello@popnposhcreations.com before your visit. We will maintain a record of your opt-out and respect it in all future sessions.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in play-based activities involves inherent physical risk. By attending Pop & Posh, you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with active play. You agree that Pop & Posh, its owner, employees, and agents are not liable for injuries that occur as a result of normal play activity, provided reasonable safety standards have been maintained.
A digital liability waiver is required for all participants and is completed during the booking process.
8. Code of Conduct
Pop & Posh is a community space. We ask all families to:
- Treat all children, caregivers, and staff with kindness and respect
- Supervise their children at all times
- Follow staff instructions regarding studio rules
- Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior
Pop & Posh reserves the right to refuse service or remove any person from the studio who violates this code of conduct, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pop & Posh Petite Learn & Play Studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with COPPA and applicable state privacy laws.

Our website links to and uses the following third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those platforms. Please review their privacy policies before sharing personal information:

- Instagram / TikTok — social media platforms linked from our site
- Google Fonts — font rendering (no personal data collected)
12. Our Use of AI
Pop & Posh uses AI tools internally to assist with business operations such as content drafting and website development. We maintain a strict internal policy: no customer personal information, no children's information, and no booking or payment data is ever entered into any AI tool. AI is not used to make automated decisions about customers or to process personal information you share with us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
