Yes. Pop & Posh is a supervised enrichment studio, not a drop-off childcare facility. A parent or caregiver must be present and actively supervising their child at all times. This is part of what makes our space special — it's designed for both of you.
Absolutely — in fact, it's central to our design. We've made deliberate acoustic investments (SONOpan, ceiling tiles, soft surfaces), avoided bright commercial lighting, and created a dedicated Calm Corner with noise-reducing headphones and sensory supports.
Play With Choice is an optional color-coded system available during visits to help children communicate their current comfort level with interaction and play. Children can change their indicator at any time, and using an indicator is never required. Learn more on our Petite Experiences page.
Know before you go: optional Play With Choice indicators are available when you arrive to give children another way to communicate their comfort level and preferences during play.
Pop & Posh Petite is primarily designed for younger children — babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Select Petite Experiences and private celebrations can also welcome older children and tweens. Exact age bands for each session type will be confirmed as we finalize our offerings.

No. Pop & Posh is a children's enrichment studio, not a daycare or childcare facility. Parents and caregivers are present and responsible for their children at all times. This classification also means we're insured specifically as an enrichment studio offering parent-supervised classes and events.
Classes cancelled 24+ hours in advance receive a full credit. Party deposits are non-refundable, but remaining balances are refundable if cancelled 14+ days out. Memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
We may take incidental photos or video for marketing and social media. If you'd prefer your child not appear in any published media, just let us know in writing before your visit and we'll keep a record of your preference going forward. See our Photo & Media Policy for details.
